The first way Organo Gold pays you in on your personal retail sales, most distributors sell a box of the Organo Gold Black Coffee or Latte for a retail price of RM52.50. This is a 50% markup. by doingthis, it will allow you to get your intial investment in a Organo Gold coffee kit back by only retailing half of the package. the rest goes into your bank account. The nuber two way is trought the sales of coffee kits, These are paid out weekly and you will earn RM50 on every bronze kit, RM150 on every Silver kit and RM350 on every Gold pack that you personally sold.

The third way Organo Gold pays you is through the Dual Team. The dual team simply means that you are going to build two teams of distributors. One team will be on your left side and the other on your right side. As you place your new distributors that you sponsor into your business, every coffee kit and box of coffee sold has a point value attach to it. The points are equal to the wholesale price of the coffee. 

Once a week, the company computer will look at your dual teams point and figure out your paycheck automatically. Once both sides of you teams have reach 300 points or more, Organo Gold will issue you a paycheck. The amount you get paid on the dual team varries by the coffee pack that you joined the business with. The pay is always figured on the lower point side. Bronze pays 10%, Silver pays 15%, and Gold pays 20%. As you can see, it pays to join with a gold pack like I did because you get paid double the bronze pack for the exact same amount of work.

The fourth way of getting paid is on reorders or autoshipments of Organo Gold coffee. This pays once a month and is the key part in building a long term residual income. Every time someone on your team orders a box of coffee you’ll get paid as long as you have purchased at least RM150 (Bronze) or RM300 (Silver and above) worth of coffee yourself that month.

The fifth way lf getting paid is through the matching check part of the program. When you normally train people on your job do you get paid anything extra for training them? Most people don’t, but Organo GOld is nice enough to pay you upto 20% of thier unilevel monthly paycheck for training new distributors that you introduce to the company.

The sixth way to get paid is the generation bonus which pays you for developing leaders in the company. This pays starts when you have developed a Sapphire or higher in the company.

The seventh way is the Global Bonus Pool which simply pays you once you acheived Ruby or higher in the company on every box of coffee sold in the entire world, even if you didn’t sponsor them. 1) Retail Profit

Paid Daily for Personal Sales & Weekly for Internet Sales- FAST CASH.
As an OrGano Gold Representative, when you sell product to Retail Customers in person or via your personalized replicating website, you earn the difference between your selling price and the wholesale price.

2) Fast Start Bonus

Paid Weekly- FAST CASH
When a Representative enrolls with a OG Builder’s Pack (OGBP), as sponsor you will earn a Fast Track Bonus of RM50, RM150 or RM350 per pack, depending on the Pack you sold.

3) Dual Team Bonus

Paid Weekly- FAST & LONG TERM CASH
The Dual Team concept is derived from a structure that allows you to be eligible for income with only two personally sponsored (2) Representatives, one on your Left Side Sales Team and one on your Right Side Sales Team, allowing you to focus on developing your organization by helping others do the same.
